Everything ships from Australian stock in Queensland. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas, which is why delivery is measured in days rather than weeks.

The 1–5 day range is AusPost's own Express window. The 2–4 figure is what we actually see across our orders.

Packaging

Plain and unmarked. Nothing on the outside indicates what is inside or who sent it. Vials are packed to survive transit. Lyophilised powder is stable at ambient temperature, which is why cold packs are not required.

• Free express shipping on orders over $300.
• Below $300, a flat express rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping protection is offered at checkout and covers loss or damage in transit.

Where we ship

Australia only. We hold Australian stock and ship domestically, so there are no customs steps, no international transit, and no border risk on your order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Queensland within 24 hours. AusPost Express is typically 1–5 business days depending on your location, and most metro deliveries land in 2–4.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. Plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender's business.

When do I get tracking?

A tracking number is emailed once the parcel is lodged with AusPost.

Is shipping free?

Free express shipping on orders over $300. Below that a flat express rate applies at checkout.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No. We ship within Australia only, from Australian stock.

What if my parcel is delayed?

AusPost Express is reliable but not immune to delays. If tracking has not updated for more than two business days, message the team on Telegram with your order reference.

Do I need to sign for it?

Signature requirements depend on the service and your address. Tracking will show if a signature was required and whether a card was left.
